Tips for getting the most accurate automatic chord detection
Detection works best on clear recordings where the harmony is easy to hear — guitar, piano, or a full band mix all work well.
Set the correct BPM before detecting so chord changes line up with the beat grid.
Heavy distortion, dense effects, or long sections without harmony can produce less certain results. Those chords are shown with a dashed outline so you know which to double-check.
Treat the detected progression as a draft: a quick listen-through and a few corrections will give you a perfect result.
